Cancellation Policy
Bold Beauty had implemented a new booking policy - we now require a $50 deposit. Appointments are of great importance to us and are reserved specifically for you. Bold Beauty makes our best effort to remind you of your appointment via e-mail and text. We understand that adjustments to your schedule are necessary sometimes. Should you need to cancel your appointment, in consideration for other clients who are wanting to secure an appointment we ask you to please do this as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment otherwise your deposit of $50 is non-refundable.
